Your puzzle progress, statistics, and settings are stored on your device.

If you use Game Center, Shikaku shares scores and achievement progress with Apple and uses your Game Center profile and friends information to display rankings. 

Deleting Shikaku removes its local app data. Game Center and purchase records remain managed by Apple.
